King's Gate
It starts with a well-planned, beautifully landscaped neighborhood surrounded by Florida green spaces and striking water features. Add in a resort-style recreation center with a 30,000 square foot clubhouse, an incredible executive golf course, heated Olympic sized pool and spa, lighted clay tennis courts, and too many amenities and activities to list. Lawn bowling. Bocce. A fitness center. Yoga classes. Billiards. A craft room. A 19th hole restaurant. Clubs. Hobbies. Parties. Concerts. Excursions. A place where everything you need is just around the corner. A place where grandkids beg to come visit.
But there's something more; something intrinsic; something that can't carry a price tag. It's that small-town feeling of knowing your neighbors, and being known.

Work commenced to create the main channel to Charlotte Harbor, the canals and waterway properties and the roads to these properties. The relative age of houses is apparent from their elevation, which increased over the years due to changes in flood elevation code requirements.
