Thanks to our realtor, Fred Boland, we have purchased ourdream home in Punta Gorda, Florida! We had been searching for over two years,driving Fred crazy in the process. The first two homes that we tried to buywere not exactly right for us, so we ended the contracts. Although, we almost decided not to move to Florida, Fred wasalways upbeat and encouraging. Fred helped me purchase and sell a condominium in Punta Gorda Florida. I think he did a great job marketing my property. I was kept up to date on everything and I always received a return call or email before the end of the business day. I was an out of town buyer and seller, and Fred went beyond his realtor duties to help me find a contractor to paint and do minor repairs to my condominium before I moved my belongings in. If I decide to sell or purchase any other real estate in the area in or around Punta Gorda, Fred would definitely be the person to help me.
